Privacy Policy
A clear overview of how information may be collected and processed when you use ARIA SDR.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
01Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how ARIA SDR handles personal information in connection with its website, demonstrations, customer portal, and AI-agent services. Where customers deploy ARIA SDR on their own websites, the customer may control the information collected through those agents and ARIA SDR may act as a service provider or processor under the applicable agreement.
02Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the services, information may include contact details, company information, account credentials and profile settings, billing or subscription details handled by payment providers, support inquiries, and demo requests.
When you interact with an AI agent, conversation text, transcripts, audio or voice-related data, booking details, lead information, and technical usage events may be processed according to the features enabled by the customer. We may also collect device, browser, IP address and security log information.
03How information is used
Information is used to deliver and maintain services, respond to requests, operate AI-agent features, process bookings and integrations, provide customer support, secure accounts, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications should follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
04AI processing and connected services
Customer-configured AI models, speech services, email, calendars, commerce platforms and other integrations may process information needed to perform requested functions. Their use is subject to the customer configuration, contractual terms and relevant provider policies. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless the deployment is specifically authorized and configured for it.
05Sharing and disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers and connected integrations where necessary to operate the requested features, with customers controlling their own deployed agents, or where legally required. We do not represent that personal information is sold to advertisers. Specific vendor lists and data processing commitments should be confirmed in the applicable customer documentation.
06Data retention and security
Retention depends on account settings, customer agreements, operational needs and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for configuring access controls and lawful data collection for their deployments.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or object to certain processing of personal information. To make a request, contact ARIA SDR through the contact page. If information was collected by a customer-deployed agent, the customer may be the appropriate first point of contact.
08International transfers, children and changes
Information may be processed in jurisdictions where our authorized providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards. The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We may update this policy and publish the revised version with a new effective date.
