01Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the ARIA SDR website or services, you agree to these Terms, subject to any separate written agreement between your organization and the service provider. You must have authority to act for your organization and comply with applicable laws.

02Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting account credentials, managing authorized users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Account features may depend on an active subscription and assigned permissions.

03Services and acceptable use

ARIA SDR provides configurable AI-agent experiences, communications, lead management and connected workflows. You must not use the services for unlawful activities, deception, unauthorized data collection, abusive messaging, security attacks, or violations of third-party platform policies.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers must provide appropriate oversight, approvals and human review, especially for consequential decisions, regulated matters and external actions.

04Customer content and responsibilities

You retain rights in content and data you lawfully submit, subject to the permissions required to provide the services. You are responsible for obtaining necessary notices and consents for website visitors, voice interactions, recording, communications, integrations and personal data processing.

05Integrations and third-party providers

Third-party models, calendars, email providers, commerce systems, payment processors and other connected services may be governed by separate terms. Their availability, pricing, rate limits and functionality may change independently of ARIA SDR.

06Subscriptions, fees and cancellations

Paid features, quotas, billing cycles, renewals, cancellation terms and refund eligibility are determined by the plan and applicable order or customer agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, taxes and third-party usage charges may apply. Review the applicable pricing and checkout disclosures before purchase.

07Intellectual property

ARIA SDR and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, branding and related materials. You receive a limited right to access the services under your plan and applicable agreement; no ownership of the platform is transferred.

08Availability, disclaimers and liability

Services may be modified, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages or other reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided subject to the warranties, limitations and remedies set out in the applicable customer agreement. No AI output should be treated as a guaranteed result.

09Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, security threats, nonpayment or other grounds permitted by the applicable agreement. Data export and deletion after termination are governed by the relevant plan, contract and retention requirements.

10Governing terms and contact

Any governing law, venue, dispute resolution process and order-of-precedence provisions must be confirmed in the applicable executed customer agreement and reviewed before these website terms are finalized. For questions, use the ARIA SDR contact page.
